Artwork Description

The still balmy evenings in Kalbarri WA are just so special. The boats are moored for the night, birds are looking for a place to roost and there is quiet all around. All there is to do is to capture the serenity and last light of day as it fades into evening. Nothing but tranquility.

Jill Bryant is a West Australian artist, based in Fremantle. Jill inspired by the colours‚ textures and emotive elements of everything around her making her work extremely varied. Her passion for art started at a very early age and has continued to grow along with her skills awarding her with Dux of her year in two art institutions during her years of art education. Although a qualified Graphic Designer her real love is for painting‚ both in impressionistic and abstract forms.

The watercolour medium never ceases to captivate her and has moved her to push the boundaries producing stunning watercolour abstracts and impressionist works.
