Yamba Main Beach

I visited Yamba for the first time recently and fell in love with the coastline. The rocky outcrop, mixed with lush vegetation that creates this beautiful swimming bay and was for me, an ideal subject to paint. There had been rain, so the rocks had little water pools and the locals were enjoying the return to sunshine.

Jill Bryant is a West Australian artist, based in Fremantle. Jill inspired by the colours‚ textures and emotive elements of everything around her making her work extremely varied. Her passion for art started at a very early age and has continued to grow along with her skills awarding her with Dux of her year in two art institutions during her years of art education. Although a qualified Graphic Designer her real love is for painting‚ both in impressionistic and abstract forms.

The watercolour medium never ceases to captivate her and has moved her to push the boundaries producing stunning watercolour abstracts and impressionist works.
