The young women are travelling around the country near Tjukurla with the older ladies. They are learning many things about where to collect special grasses and flowers and other types of bush tucker.

Jillian grew up in Docker River with her parents and her five siblings. She went to school in Alice Springs. She learned to paint from her mother the Tjukurpa of the Tjukurla area. She has been selling paintings in Alice Springs for the last few years and visits family in Tjukurla where she paints with the Tjarlirli artists.
