THE SECRET OF GOLDEN FLOWER is a new painting I created from the "Flow of Light" series.

The painting "The Secret Of The Golden Flower" is a commentary on Chinese culture by Carl Jung and Richard Wilhelm. In their understanding, the name of this artwork refers to an ancient text which discusses knowledge about life in general; however, it also holds particular relevance for those looking into deeper aspects within themselves or others through meditation practices such as mindfulness.

The seahorses are unique creatures of the sea, not just because of their unusual equine shape. Unlike most other fish, they are monogamous and mate for life.

In my painting, the golden flower is blooming above the sea horse’s head; through the light, the sea horses come into enlightenment—the orbs of light act as an energy element spreading freedom and happiness to the space.
