I live amongst the story book scenery of the South Gippsland rolling hills and enormous moody skies.
Every day here is an inspiration for light and colour.
I care deeply about the environment and spend time time regenerating our bush block to increase diversity and to preserve as much as of the precious habitat as possible.
In my portfolio of skills I have water colour, portraiture, photography, ceramics, sculpture, printing, textiles, pen and ink drawing, digital, animation, acrylics and oils. The impetus for my life is curiosity and my brain is happiest when my hands are creating. I believe everyone should be able to afford some sort of art and whenever possible I try to produce canvases that do not need framing.
I have exhibited and participated at many group shows including the Australian Realist Gallery, 69 Smith Street, Linden Postcards, Box Hill Painters, Craft Victoria, Yarra Sculpture Gallery, Medalta Ceramics in Alberta Canada then Canberra , together with a succesful solo 2D and 3D exhibition at 69 Smith Street Collingwood.
I have recently completed a month long residency in the South Gippsland Art Cubes in Loch producing over 50 portraits of local women.
