Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas
170 × 185 cm

Inspired by weathered earth, stone, olive groves and dry hillsides, Peninsula distils the atmosphere of enduring landscapes into geometry and light. Warm ochres, mineral greys and olive greens evoke a landscape shaped by time, where architecture emerges naturally from the land.

Quiet, grounded and contemplative, the painting reflects on the relationship between landscape, memory and home. Balancing permanence with openness, it offers a sense of stillness and enduring connection within contemporary interiors.
