Beach Huts A Child’s Memory

As a kid I remembered going to the beach and my parents always hired a beach hut for our holiday. The imagery has always stayed with me. Hence the child like qualities of this painting block colours & the inner child’s simplistic memories.

Originally from London I am a self taught artist living in the Melbourne Eastern suburbs.
Having dabbled at school it was not until I reached my 40’s that I actually started to paint again. I found that I enjoyed capturing the personalities of mostly dogs with many of my commissions from dog owners.
I love painting in oils mainly animals and flowers‚ however I'm currently enjoying experimenting more modern styles.
