G'Day

I love the cheeky expressions of the giraffe mix that with their extra long eyelashes to give a comical & fun piece of artwork.
I decided to call this piece G'Day to encumber an Aussie influence of the subject. I loved playing with alternative colour combinations to give my artwork a more whimsical feel.

Originally from London I am a self taught artist living in the Melbourne Eastern suburbs.
Having dabbled at school it was not until I reached my 40’s that I actually started to paint again. I found that I enjoyed capturing the personalities of mostly dogs with many of my commissions from dog owners.
I love painting in oils mainly animals and flowers‚ however I'm currently enjoying experimenting more modern styles.
