Artwork Description

This work is inspired by the hikes I have taken around Bald Rock just outside of Tenterfield in Northern NSW. Bald Rock is the largest granite rock formation in the southern hemisphere.
Depending on the time of day you visit, the sun and wide open spaces reflect different colours and my work is my interpretation of the stunning array of boulders and formations alongside the flora.
The colours are thoughtfully selected to bring joy and vibrancy to any interior.

The artwork is unframed, but I have added here so you can visualise how it will look with a oak floating frame. Otherwise the edges are plain white.

Artist Bio

Based in Brisbane, I am a passionate visual artist and designer whose life has always revolved around the magic of creativity and connection. Inspired by a tapestry of influences—culinary delights, global adventures, captivating books, stunning architecture, and interior design—I craft art that celebrates life's vibrant details.

After receiving a Graduate Degree in Business Marketing and a Degree in Interior Design, I owned my own homewares store for 15 years after which I have sold to work solely on my interior design projects and art practice.

My mission? To infuse joy into everyday moments and inspire my clients to embrace a lively, imaginative existence. Drawing from my travels and the intricate nuances of nature, architecture, words, and flavors, I translate these tiny masterpieces into dynamic abstract works that invite curiosity and wonder.
