This beautiful piece features a vibrant and colourful Pelican painting, perfect for any animal or beach lover. Living on the Australian coast I had the pleasure of watching these incredible birds in the natural environment. The most recognisable feature of pelicans is the elongated bill with its massive throat pouch, its huge wind span and graceful water landing. I love to paint & sketch the pelicans while sitting on the river banks in Brunswick Heads and admiring these gentle giants chilling on the water.
