Artist Bio

Joey Davis is an emerging Newcastle artist who has collaborated with the iconic Australian brand Splosh creating the Talulah range that was released in February this year.
The tropical homewares range was inspired by florals and soft palettes with a focus on Hibiscus flowers.

Joey also painted live at the Ronald McDonald Raise Love Charity Ball in Newcastle in 2023 and the artwork was auctioned for $7000 raising much needed money for sick children and their families.
Running paint and sips is another passion as was assisting in a local gallery and developing an understanding of fine art print production and exhibitions .
A mother to three boys and experience as a teachers aide was pivotal in managing paint and sip classes for Newcastle’s first Pinot and Picasso for the first year of its successful operation before running her own workshops for schools and aged care homes.
Specialising in Acrylic, Resin and Inks there is always a large variety in the works produced with mixed mediums, texture and layers.

2019 Joey was awarded two prizes in local and national photography competitions and her works have also been shipped overseas.
