Old chimney stacks, standing the test of time, always remind me of days long ago. Often found in remote areas I wonder of the loneliness of the owners, but also their peace and joy in being able to live a life amidst such remote beauty.
In my artworks I always love to create an overall picture that can be enjoyed from afar, but also contains details that require a closer look; another thought; a breathe in and out.
