I have an interest in vintage aeroplanes and with the recent centenary of the ending of the First World War an image of one of the main RFC fighter aeroplanes of the period interested me. Also as the area was known as Mesopatamia at the time it interested me to know that in reality is the Countries of Syria, Iran, Iraq, Palestine and Israel that is commonly now known as the Middle East.
