John Swadling – Australian Landscape Artist
John is an impressionistic mostly oil and sometimes acrylic landscape artist located at Runnaway Bay, the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
John is a fast and prolific artist and is inspired by the local beach vistas and the local hinterland mountains as well his former long time home of Sydney and its abundance of stunning harbour scenes which frequently feature in his art. He often visits and is constantly inspired by the Blue Mountains as well as the Monaro and Snowy Mountains districts of NSW.
John is a finalist in the 2023 and 2024 Darcy Doyle Awards. He has also exhibited in other local and interstate art awards and exhibitions.
