Artwork Description

This framed painting captures the stunning headwaters of the Tweed River near Mt Warning. I took the photo whilst visiting the Mt Warning area with my wife.It was after the floods and the area was quite devastated as flood waters had eroded roads and there was a huge amount of debri along the roadways as well as the river banks. The painting was selected as a finalist in the 2023 Darcy Doyle Awards and hang at Mudgeeraba in South East Queensland during the judging .It also featured on a half page spread in the 2023 Doyles Award Brochure .The piece is framed and ready to hang.
