The You Yangs always draw me in when I drive from Melbourne to Geelong. Some years ago I decided to have a look at the other side. I have gone back many times since.
John van Loon has been painting in watercolour for more than 40 years. He has exhibited several times in Melbourne. John has been influenced by Turner and Australian painters including Joseph Zbukvic and Clive Sinclair.
