Standing in the dense rainforest of Costa Rica, the rain began to lightly drizzle, softening the forest sounds. Suddenly, out of the misty green, a toucan landed on a moss-covered branch, its vibrant beak illuminated against the dark foliage. Its black and yellow feathers shimmered under the raindrops as the bird calmly sat, seemingly unfazed by the weather. I carefully raised my camera, hoping to capture the serene moment where nature’s colors stood boldly in contrast to the muted forest. The toucan seemed to own the scene, a symbol of the rainforest’s resilience and beauty, and I was fortunate to capture this fleeting moment before it disappeared into the canopy.
