Influenced by love. The idea from Plato's Symposium that two were originally joined and seek their other half to become One.
I decided I wanted to be an artist and immediately began painting at the age of 8, and have never had any misgivings about the decision to follow the artistic path. I studied at the Queensland College of Art until being expelled in 1984 for being a “disruptive and disturbing influence”, after which my career really took off.
