Australian Nepean river NSW

This is one of my paintings in my Australian scene series. I have chosen scenes that inspire me, scenes that are a little mysterious. When I lived in New Zealand and visited the South Island, I suffered from mountain sickness driving through Arthurs Pass. The high snow topped mountains on either side made me feel dizzy. However, when we had trips to the blue mountains in NSW I loved the Hawks-bury river and its beginning called the Nepean river. especially when the sun would burst through the misty clouds.
