Colour excites me and has a major influence on my work. I am constantly inspired by the strength and delicacy of nature and its beauty. The natural environment is an unmeasurable resource that impacts my life, work and senses.

I have always been creating art, which led me to study Visual Arts at Uni S.A. I find beauty and intrigue in the natural world where light flirts and dances with time creating shadows on forms that are ever changing. The study of light gives me the ability to create works that reflect colour and shapes, forming the painted images I put onto canvas. I enjoy working in the medium of oil paint and I prefer to use good quality linen canvases. I did some further study at The University of Adelaide, that being a Post Graduate Diploma in Arts. I have a side husstle teaching oil painting to small group classes.
