I came across this gorgeous, idyllic scene whilst enjoying a cycle along the Amstel River south of Amsterdam. It was crisp and cold but the sun was shining and the river, calm and serene. The rustic old boat was moored in a small backwater nestled amongst the reeds. Cold, winter light and deciduous trees created an inspiring landscape. Despite the setting actually being in the Netherlands, this scene could easily be found anywhere in the world.
