The alluring form and colours of Grevillea flowers are highlighted here by the dramatic black background. Both the flower and background have been rendered with multiple layers of artist-quality coloured pencil, applied onto white 100% cotton rag over many days to produce the rich colouration. The drawings is further enhanced by the white mat and black frame, behind special art glass that is anti-reflective and UV-protective to produce a contemporary piece for any intimate space.
