Ten years ago, I moved to Australia and found my way back to a long-forgotten passion of mine: painting. As I built a new life, art became a relaxing and enjoyable part of my everyday routine.
Painting gives me a quiet moment to slow down, breathe, and focus on colour. Over the years, it has also taught me to notice and enjoy the little things — an arrangement of objects, a beautiful combination of colours, or a calm moment at home. It has helped me appreciate the world around me more than ever.
Colour is at the centre of my work. I love the energy and happiness it can bring, and I believe it can brighten our homes and lift our moods. My paintings often combine simple colour-block shapes with still-life subjects, allowing me to explore balance, form, and playful combinations of colour.
Through my art, I hope to share a little joy and calm. I’m inspired by small, everyday moments, and I hope my work brings a feeling of warmth, colour, and connection to those who see it.
