Artwork Description

Lately, I’ve been exploring texture in my artwork—not just through paste or rigid materials, but through something softer and more subtle, something you can touch.

I believe that the tactile experience can help us understand and connect with art on a deeper level. There’s something special about being able to experience a piece not only with your eyes, but through touch as well.

I hope you find a little joy in this tactile experience too. 🤍

Made on high quality canvas in the floating pine frame. Ready to hang.
As you can see on the photos I used gloss and satin vanish on different parts of this art to give it a nice dimensional look.

Oh, do you also see a river and a sun in the pattern or it's just me? :)

Artist Bio

Ten years ago, I moved to Australia and found my way back to a long-forgotten passion of mine: painting. As I built a new life, art became a relaxing and enjoyable part of my everyday routine.

Painting gives me a quiet moment to slow down, breathe, and focus on colour. Over the years, it has also taught me to notice and enjoy the little things — an arrangement of objects, a beautiful combination of colours, or a calm moment at home. It has helped me appreciate the world around me more than ever.

Colour sits at the heart of my work, and I love the energy and happiness it brings — I believe it has the power to brighten our homes and lift our moods. My paintings often combine simple colour-block shapes with still-life subjects, letting me explore balance, form, and playful combinations of colour. Alongside this, I'm drawn to textured art, adding depth, movement, and a tactile quality to my pieces.

I love moving between techniques and materials — art is so versatile and beautiful that I could never choose just one way to create. Each approach offers something different, and exploring them all keeps my practice fresh, playful, and true to how I see the world.

Through my art, I hope to share a little joy and calm. Inspired by small, everyday moments, I hope my work brings a sense of warmth, colour, texture, and connection to those who see it.
