I strive for freedom

Horses possess a raw, untamed freedom in their very nature, yet for centuries, humanity has asked them to bear the weight of our manual labor. This paradox has fascinated me for a long time.

In this piece, I explored the horse’s internal drive to reclaim that lost nature. "I Strive for Freedom" is an aggressive exploration of movement and will. Rather than showing a horse at work, I have captured the moment of a powerful, defiant leap, the physical manifestation of a soul breaking away from its burdens.

Visually, I have used a palette of sharp, fragmented greens to represent the horse's kinetic energy, set against a blazing red background that symbolizes the heat of the struggle. It is a tribute to the unyielding strength and the violent beauty of the pursuit of freedom.
