Green

Green is one of three in a series. At the time I was inspired by David Bromley. I wanted to create a Pop Art alternative devoid of texture and in the style of a comic book character. The painting depicts a golden blonde haired woman in a deep purple corset.

Julian Smith Artist

Julian is a contemporary Artist specialising in acrylic, gouache and water colour. He was born in Adelaide, South Australia and has studied fine arts, graphic design, illustration design at Adelaide University and the Adelaide Central School of Art. Many of Julian’s works are large format which are supported by smaller detailed images. Bold Pop Art and vibrant colours characterise the stylised contemporary images which inspire feelings of bright and lively optimism.
