The first cycling painting I did was a gift for my son. I enjoyed doing it so much that I have painted a series. Inspired by the thrill of SA’s Tour Down Under where the best cyclists from all over the world compete in the height of the Australian summer.
This original artwork has painted sides and can be hung either with or without a frame.

I am an Adelaide artist and have been learning about and practicing various artistic styles for over 40 years. The years invested in learning from several talented, established artists have brought me great pleasure and a growing range of skills. I joined Bluethumb on 2023.

Inspiration for my art stems from my love of the natural environment and in particular the unique beauty of Australia’s landscapes and flora. I am fascinated by colour blending and aim to bring great colours and beautiful plays of light to the canvas.
I work in acrylics and oils on stretched canvases that are ready to hang.
