Drawing from an idea while visiting New Zealand , the original artwork is on A4 300gsm watercolour paper (ink, pen and watercolours). When returning home, I decided to enlarge the artwork into a print, as I felt the image was too small, but it suited the purpose when travelling. Just as Yayoi Kusama uses polka dots and Escher uses illusions, I use lines, grids and shapes to create a type of organized chaos. Chaos is embedded in our lives, yet as life and death repeats itself, the randomness becomes the pattern.
