Succulent Garden at Dusk

A nod to the almost other- worldly forms ,textures, colours to be enjoyed in our succulent plant life. This artwork was inspired by some succulents inhabiting my own garden and outdoor pots.
Somewhat unusual in colour for a botanical piece, it would add interest and botanical detail to a small wall, a nook or over a work desk .

After majoring in painting as part of my primary teaching diploma, I initially painted in oils. Having had approx 30 years hiatus, I am excited to again put brush to canvas, now working in acrylics.

I am inspired by our natural environment and especially by all aspects of our botanical world.

Each artwork is a fulfilling, delightful experience and an opportunity to develop new skills and techniques.
