I am an aboriginal artist, I am a proud ngemba woman raised on dharug land, currently residing on darkinjung land.
I grew up around a family of aboriginal artists I have been painting since a very young age. I paint this type of art work not only because I love to feel closer to my culture but to also educate others on our culture especially around aboriginal art and how each art piece tells a story surrounding traditional aboriginal symbols, I started an art page called amaroo art which means beautiful place in the aboriginal language. This is where I show case my art work as well as sell to private buyers, since my business has started I have sold many paintings across pop up galleries during naidoc week.
