Kara Mandel is an artist and yoga teacher devoted to conscious expression and movement. What began as a therapeutic art practice years ago has evolved into an intimate platform of self-inquiry. This work is deeply influenced by playful exploration of the inner and outer landscapes of her world, her time spent studying yogic philosophy and meditating in India.
