Artwork Description

Acrylic on stretched canvas, ready to hang.

Signed on the back.

Talbragar Aboriginal reserve is located in Dubbo NSW. It is a place where my family gather for reunions and other occasions. While I was there with my young family many years ago we walked with an elder who told us stories of the reserve. The weather at the time was beautiful,a sunny day no rain in sight,as we walked we stopped our elder pointed to the ground where ants were scurrying around and said 'rain is coming' sure enough later that evening it poured LoL. I notice ants now also and when they are seen to be running around with a sense of urgency I know it will rain. I love these little details , an amazing connection to everything around us.
