Artwork Description

Oceanic Drift is a deeply layered abstract exploration of submerged landscapes and powerful water flow on canvas. I built the surface using rich acrylic paint and plastic wrap to capture intense swirling depths of indigo, sapphire, and cerulean. Fine line work and copper accents trace hidden underwater contours suggesting ancient submerged terrains and turbulent energy.
