Artwork Description

Winter storms and rain influenced this piece with my need for colour, brightness and light. The storms we had been experiencing were relentless and there was a need to break out of the confines of the dull greys of the weather! The bright colours are a lovely lift for a dark corner, a quiet space, a child's area, play room or anywhere that needs some cheerful expression.

I love the colours of the Australian bush and the outback. Having come from a photography background, I find it look at and notice shade and light, texture and tone and its that which i try to capture. It's my dream for someone else to love a painting of mine as much as I do, enough to want it for their own.
