Artwork Description

This painting has so many layers, that there is a lot of texture from a previous painting, which I decided to rework. At the moment I love it, and could not wait to post it on Bluethumb. . Influences, Picasso and Paul Klee, Naive art, and childhood memories. Mermaids and Fishes are two of my favourite subjects, going way back to my favourite faery tale , Little Mermaid, and documentaries of deep sea adventures with Jaque Coustau. . Edges are painted black and the painting has a glossy varnish. Framing is optional, and is now available through Bluethumb at an extra cost.
Note: The photos showing the artwork in a room has been created with an app, and does not necessarily show the accurate size. This artwork is 76 cm wide x 102 cm high.
