Soft Current is a gentle exploration of nature’s quiet energy - the way light moves across land, how wind shapes the surface, and how calm can be found in subtle shifts of colour and texture. The soft pastel greens and warm neutrals draw from the tones of eucalyptus leaves, clay, and early morning light.
This work was inspired by the slow, grounding rhythm of simple living — moments spent watching birds, the curve of a hill, or the play of sunlight on still water. Through fluid layers of acrylic, the painting captures the balance between movement and stillness, reflecting both the landscape and an inner state of peace.
