The walk from here

This oil painting is of the rockpools and trails around Sydney's beaches. There is a stark contrast as you leave the ocean and the landscape turns into into dry bush, where coastal banksia, sculptural shrubs and sandstone rock take over the landscape. This is an area I am very familiar with, I love all the hidden colours in this landscape. This painting is on canvas board, and needs to be framed to be hung on your wall.

Kate Gibbs studied fine art when she left school, at the University of Newcastle.
