A graduate of Canberra Institute of Art at The Australian National University, Shelton studied painting, photomedia and printmaking.
She has exhibited widely in both rural and metropolitan galleries in both solo and group exhibitions.
She has established strong links in arts communities and festivals and events, and has forged a career in art education.
Shelton works with watercolours, oils, mixed medium and pastels. She uses paper, canvas and found objects.
