My name is Kate Fox and I have been drawing and painting form a young age. I studied Fine art at Kingston Upon Thames university from 2002-2005 and came away with a BA (Hons). After uni I decided to travel and spend 4 month in South Africa before arriving in Australia, and then never left. I live on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula with husband and our 2 kids, 4 dogs and a cat.
Animals have always been a great love of mine and my main source of inspiration in my art. From early on I have been influenced by surrealism and my use of bright colours in my animals has been a feature since some of my first sales pieces of colourful tigers way back while I was still at school studying for my A Level’s.
