Artwork Description

Artwork was created for the National Contemporary Art Prize contest and dedicated to sustainability.
It's self-portait in a fantasy way. I covered myself with 'ocean blanket' as a reminder of how beauiful and fragile our ocean ecosystem and how we should care and protect its beauty. Artwork size is 40 x 50 cm with wide edge 3.5cm. I used acrilics and made extra layer with cuted canvas in a shape of under sea creatures, myself and painted them above. Also i used golden foil which make artwok to spark a little bit on the different angles. Covered with glossy acrilics varnish.
