A macadamia farmer alongside her husband and sons, Katherine loves to be outdoors - working in the sunshine. And in her spare time (which is hard to come by), she loves to try capture landscapes that captivate her - on and around the farm, or from family travels. Katherine takes delight in time spent on the beach. There is no better therapy than bare feet in the sand and salt air in the lungs.
