My beautiful orchid is in bloom. I love the how the delicate pink orchid stem gracefully contrasts the rustic charm of the old apothecary bottle, I just had to paint it. This elegant pairing exudes a sense of sophistication and natural beauty, creating a visually striking focal point in any space. The soft hues of the orchid harmonize with the earthy tones of the vase, evoking a sense of tranquility and refined elegance.
I used thick buttery oil paint for this piece. It is currently displayed at the Wyrung gallery.
