Well hi there, I have been painting and teaching Acrylic Art for the past 25 years.Escaping into my art has kept me sane whilst having children and the many hours of lost sleep that entails, have two wonderful kids to show for it and still keep painting!!!!I have recently returned from living in the USA for over 8 years with my husband, lived for 2 yrs in Lancaster County in Pennsylvania and loved having the Amish ride their buggies past our back door.Spent the next 5 years in Wilmington North Carolina and had the pleasure of opening a studio in the Art works in downtown, taught classes and sold my work. We loved living in the south and the people were just amazing.It was great being Australian in the states as they think were just wonderful so had lots of friends.So since returning home I have had the wonderful experience of painting with Jacqueline Coates,was so inspired by her passion for floral which has set me off into a whole new world,painting bouquets of roses etc and exploring our beautiful Natives we have in Australia. It is such a thrill when a client decides to hang your Art work in their space,will never tire of that feeling. Better get back to painting!
