I painted this with valentines day in mind with the two robin's breasts forming a heart. It also touches on the love is love theme since only the male robins have the brightly coloured chests. Painted using artists quality watercolour paint and prismacolor premier water-soluble pencils on 300gsm 100 cotton watercolour paper. Paper size is 30cm x 22.8cm. painted area approx: 23cm x 21cm - this would look lovely cropped in a square frame.
