This is the scene from Greenmount Heads, QLD looking north towards the distant Surfers Paradise skyline. It was one of those picture-perfect days—brilliant sun, turquoise water, small but spirited waves crashing on to the rocks and up to the beach. The light and tide were constantly changing, motivating me to try different ways to capture the dynamics of the scene. This little painting is #4, one of four in a series.
