Not so sad

I started creating pieces for kids rooms after friends asked me to create some. I love creating these fun little pieces that look amazing if you group a few together. The kids love them in their bright colours and one client said her baby would stay still at nappy change by looking at the colours in the painting.

It is a created on paper and comes unframed in a standard A4 size so can easily fit into a frame.

I am an artist who takes her inspiration from nature. I give back to our environment and a percentage of sales of my art is given to wildlife rescues to save our precious and unique wildlife.

I live in Lake Macquarie, two hours north of Sydney and it really is the best place in the world to live. I watch the sunrise over the white sands and thunderous ocean and the sunset over the tranquility of Lake Macquarie. The bush is on my doorstep and I love nature in all its glory. I draw my inspiration from my surroundings and my paintings often showcase the brightest of blues to match the Australian summer sky and the bright colours of our native flowers and birds.

I am not confined to one style of painting. I do everything from quirky bright animals to brighten a child's nursery in acrylics to detailed pastels of animals and flowers.
