Artwork Description

I was exploring an abstract style when painting this vase of flowers. The artwork is completely from my imagination using my favourite colour palette of pink.
All of my paintings are framed using upcycled frames. Frames may contain surface defects depending on the condition of the original frame.

I am a self taught artist of Chinese/ French origins. I am currently painting with acrylics on canvas, however I love other media including markers, ink, technical pen, textiles and papercraft.
The subject matters I explore include dinosaurs, fashion, nature and still life. My work showcases strong and vivid colour palettes.
I love all things vintage which influence my work.
I have self published two short comics, a children's picture book and an art instruction book called Brain Wave. I have hosted various art workshops for all ages in my home town of Lake Macquarie.
I have a diploma in Graphic Design (2025).
I have participated in group exhibitions in Newcastle and have had two solo exhibitions at Lake Macquarie libraries.
