I walk to this waterfall and feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful natural landscape so close to home. There are so many things about this place that inspire and inform my work; the edges of rocks, the face of rocks worn smooth from time and years of falling water, deep colours that vary with the daylight, the lush greenery of tropical plants and then there is the contrasting dry bush nearby.
This painting is prepared for hanging with a double wire screwed across the back of the artwork.
