Ghost Gums on the River

While out walking with my children I was inspired by the magnificent array and intensity of colours reflected in the water. I was compelled to paint what was embedded in my memory.

Keren took to the easel in 2004, captivated by changing light and it's effects on the landscape. Working for some years with Acrylics on canvas and then moving to Oils to to capture the beauty of water and reflections. Keren explores new ways to express the calm yet invigorating energy of waterscapes, from hinterland waterways, to beaches on Stadbroke Island and the Sunshine Coast.
