Artwork Description

'Reflections'

This painting title is inspired by the Bliss n Eso song of the same name.

This painting beautifully captures the uniqueness of the Australian Outback landscape and is inspired by the unique Horizontal Falls in the North West (Kimberley Region) of Western Australia.

Described by David Attenborough as “Australia's most unusual natural wonder", Horizontal Falls is a natural phenomenon that is as intriguing as it is stunning.

Full of beautiful textures in the rocks, this painting really shows off the contrasting colours our amazing country has to offer.

This artwork is an original, and is quite hard to photograph due to the metallic paints used - this gives the painting a different look depending on the angles it's viewed at!

This work is painted on a gallery wrapped canvas and has been sealed with varnish, comes ready to hang and with a Certificate of Authenticity.

** PLEASE NOTE**

In the photos, where the painting is shown mounted on a wall, these are purely for illustrative purposes. You should review the dimension of the artwork to be sure the work suits your needs.

Artist Bio

Kerry Sandhu Art: Inspired Art from the Heart

I'm Kerry Sandhu, a self-taught acrylic and mixed-media artist with a passion for bringing vibrant, heartfelt art to life. Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, I made a big move to Darwin in January 2020—a change that opened my world to new colours, stories, and inspiration.

My creativity is fuelled by the world around me: nature, spirit, life, music, and lyrics all weave their way into my artistic process. Much like my eclectic taste in music, my style is ever-evolving—bold, expressive, and deeply intuitive.

I create ‘inspired art from the heart,’ spanning a wide range of themes. Each piece captures a moment of emotion, a spark of spirit, or a story waiting to be told. My work celebrates vibrant colour, texture, and the beauty found in life’s smallest details, with each brushstroke reflecting my inner world.

Painting is not just what I do—it’s who I am. Through my art, I aim to touch hearts, inspire minds, ignite passions, and evoke deep emotion.

Every ANZAC Day (since 2016), I paint an original artwork to honour the fallen service men, women and animals, acknowledging their courage, sacrifice, and the ultimate price paid for our freedom.
LEST WE FORGET.

My mantra is simple and true:
“Art is like people, no two are the same.
Each person has their own destiny, and art will always find its destiny too.”
